Everyday business sometimes gives way to situations that go beyond day-to-day operations: restructurings, transformations, succession situations, or vacant key positions. This is exactly where I come in — as a bridge between entrepreneurial ambition and operational execution. To bridge something: to span a gap, to create a connection. That is my role as Senior Advisor and Interim Manager.
After twelve years as Member of the Management Board of a family-owned business, I now work independently as a Senior Advisor and Interim Manager, taking on responsibility in exceptional corporate situations. I can take on mandates at short notice and focus wherever additional leadership experience and hands-on execution are needed.
